Viewing fireworks from Spice Road Table question

I see some ADRs for New Year's Eve at SRT. How early do you think I would have to be seated to get a decent seat to see fireworks at midnight? I know I could get a 8 pm ADR and camp out like a jerk, but what about between 10 and 11?

Personally I would think they would be in the right if they asked people with an 8 pm ADR to leave before 12...4 hours is just wrong. I think 10 pm is fine...a 2 hour meal at disney (assuming immediate seating) is not out of the ordinary.

They won't ask you to leave; it's against policy, I believe. The one issue you have with a later seating is if people decide to camp from their 8PM seating.
