Hey all! I'm thinking of booking a meal at Ohana (heard such great things about it!!) and was wondering if you can see Wishes from there? Or would it be best to book an earlier dinner then walk to the beach? Thanks for your help!! :worship:

You can absolutely see Wishes from Ohana. The restaurant even plays the music. Obviously it isn't going to be the same as being in the park and feeling the explosive force of the fireworks with the blaring music but it is nice. We like to plan our ADR at Ohana about an hour and a half before the fireworks. This give you time to check in and request a table against the windows, eat and start dessert in time to watch the show. Another way we like to do it is eat dinner around 5:45 so we finish with enough time to go for a walk on the beach, stake out a hammock or reserve to lounge chairs with a perfect view of the fireworks and the electric water parade. Either way you'd be happy... even if you chose to head back into the park with thousands of other people to fight for a good spot. Good luck!

Ive done both, the view from Ohana is nice, they turn down lights and pipe in the music but the view is a bit farther away than Id like. Plus it can get noisy, last trip DH and I watched it both ways half of it from the restaurant than we walked down to the beach caught the boat back to the MK, the dock to the boat pipes in the music too so watching the fireworks while being on the water was amazing! So romantic.. Or maybe it was the fact it was my honeymoon?? LOL!

Awesome! Thanks so much for the tips! Now we just have to decide what to do! Watch from Boma, from the beach, the boat, or the park?!! :rotfl2:
