It sounds like someone needs their own Skypeasaurus. No video lag issues with that beast :thumbsup2

Leo is the man!!!!!
I was about to comment that someone else knows Leo. :thumbsup2

This was not a "we voted for video podcasts so you must do it" it's just a wistful idea from someone who does enjoy video podcasts like Leo LaPorte and Lou Mongello. Lou, by the way, mostly does once a week video and specials. Leo has made a profitable business out of audio/video podcasting.

So, please keep it light, I only was asking a silly question. :surfweb:

I listen while driving or at work, and at neither time can I watch video. I rarely watch video podcasts. I voted no because I'd never really use them.

Not to hijack the thread, but it's nice to see that yes, there are folks out there who know Leo. :thumbsup2 I mean, I don't KNOW Leo (but wouldn't that be great?), but have been a fan since back in the days of The Screen Savers and Tech TV.

OK, return to your regularly scheduled conversation now...;)

I used to watch The Screensavers religiously. I don't watch/listen to everything on TWiT but everything is very well done. Security Now! is my favorite of the weekly shows and Tech News Today replaced Buzz Out Loud as my daily tech news show a few months ago.

Me too.....I keep TWiT on 4-6 hours per day. Also, I never missed an episode of "The Screen Savers," "Call for Help," or "Fresh Gear."

This Week in Tech

I used to love Fresh Gear! Call for Help in the early days was great. It's a shame those shows are gone.

It's all I can do to keep up with Disney podcasts, though. I can't keep up very well with Leo anymore, though I do catch him on the radio occasionally on the weekends, and I do iPod a few of his shows.

Now that the technical stuff is out of the way.....

I agree with Yvette. Members of the team are not comfortable on camera and having their still photo taken.

We need to respect their personal decisions and feelings.:)

Ditto my sentiments too. Hence I voted no :thumbsup2

Well, I started this topic almost two years ago and on the 12/19/12 podcast Pete says it's going to start in February, 2013.

Ha, it was all my idea !!
