Video of New Cabanas and Slides, Ect...at Castaway Key

Found a DCL You Tube video of some the new things at Castaway Key. They talk about the additions and there are drawings of the new slides and cabanas and tram stop. The slide thing for the kids looks pretty small to me, I can't imagine a boat full of kids all getting to use it.

I don't even want to think about how much one of those cabanas will cost The new additions look wonderful though!

Here are some pics from a couple of weeks ago when we were there.


They had put in pilings to add more cabanas

The spot where I proposed to Christy in May has had all the beach equipment removed and survey stakes placed all over the place.
The first Picture is before and the second was from this past weekend.

Looks like they are adding bathroom facilities or some kind of water feature to Scuddles Cove.

They are adding a 10" pipeline for something, and look out in the distance and see all of the pilings in the water they have added...

When researching about weddings on CC, we were told that the wedding location on CC is going to move due to refurbishments happening on the island.

all very intersting, CC was my favorite part of the cruise and i can't wait to go back someday with all these new additions!
