Victorias Secret Codes:I got 7 Items for ~$40!!!

I have to add that I never got the PJ's. All the free stuff came and then a couple days later, I got a letter saying that the PJ's were out of stock, even though on the website, it listed them as in stock. Really made me angry as they were a Present for my wife. I ended up having to go to VS store to get the PJs that matched the slippers.
 
I just called and got a super nice rep who took care of it right away - I'm getting almost 7 bucks back!:cool1: I wasn't going to call since it isn't alot of $$$, but I figured I try. She didn't even mention anything about the free items. I had only ordered one pair of PJ's and got all the free items so I was especially skeptical that they would give me any $$$ back. Glad it worked:thumbsup2

Just called too and got the nicest rep. He took care of it in about three to four minutes and I got $19.50 back plus my tax put back on my card.IT was totally worth my time....Thanks the budget boards are great.....
 
Just called...the rep on the phone said that normally they would be able to do a price adjustment but b/c I had gotten *five* free items when purchasing only *one* item, they would not be able to do it. She said she wasn't sure how in the world my purchase even went through!

I was very nice and asked her if this was something they were told not to do as of this morning b/c I knew for a fact that people with the same exact order had gotten price adjustments last night. She quickly said that she would be willing to do my price adjustment "just this one time" and that I would see my credit on my card in 3-5 business days. :cool1:

Fingers crossed that it actually goes through! I was just admiring my wonderful freebies this morning in my Christmas pile. Many thanks again, OP. This was one of my best deals yet on the budget board!! :banana:

I got mine back on a gift card that I used...........

OMG!!! I would be going off!! I would be calling for sure. Tell them you'll gladly send the free stuff back (I'm sure they wouldn't make you) to get the PJ's you PAID FOR. That's crazy, and really doesn't sound right to me. Yes, I'd call, and immediatly ask for a supervisor.

hmmm....I didn't recieve my pj's either...I have called 4 times about it..and every time I call they tell me its been shipped.. but I havent' gotten that one yet ..I guess I should call again today....

I called back for price adjusment. I was offered either credit back the difference (which is only $6) or she will send me a $15 gift card that can be used both on line or store. I was so thrilled!!!. I said to Jennifer .. it's a good way to do business. I hope you ladys will have the same luck.

I would dispute it IMMEDIATELY with your CC Company because what you ordered and PAID for is NOT what you got. How ridiculous!
 
Just wanted to say I received my order today including all items (and coded freebies)EXCEPT the cami which is on backorder. Interestingly, I also got an e-mail saying the cami had been sent and should be here ASAP.

I already thought this was an awesome deal, but now even better. I called just now and got a credit of $10.92:confused3 (whatever) back to my credit card. THANKS!!!!!!:cool1:
 
I called VS to find out when I could expect my pjs (I said nothing about the email I received) I was basically told my pjs were being help hostage until I returned 4 of my five free items!!!!!! :mad:

They refunded my shipping charge to cover the return shipping. I even told them I would have to go ask for Christmas gifts back in order to do this and they have already been used. No deals for me .... even have to send back used items. I am shipping it all back and cancelling the entire thing. I talked to 3 different people and it was all the same. I asked why they took the time to package all the freebies and a letter.

Why not just send the pjs and one free item???? They claim to have not caught it until after it shipped. Good thing I am close to my MIL and she was as mad as I was. She didn't mind returning everything :love:

I don't know why everyone is bowing down to them and returning the stuff or accepting the fact that they won't get their order. A dispute to your CC company should resolve the problem. You paid for the pjs as indicated on your confirmation with a price next them and you did not receive them.
 
I am wondering why V.S. web-site let us put in all the codes???

Seems like that is their fault. :confused3
