Hi Torsie, I've just had chance to sit down and read through your PJ properly, and I have to say it all looks wonderful - yay for another 2011 b2b!!!!

I personally love dress number 5 in the list of dresses, but I'm sure whichever dress you choose will look amazing - and you will definately know it's "the one" as soon as you put it on.

Also YEYEYEY for a Planning Session!! Can I just pick your brains about that? Are you having this in October? Will you be having a tasting session? I thought that Disney didn't let you have a planning session until around about 6 months (and I was resigned to not being able to have one)? If UK brides can have them slightly earlier that would be amazing!! Also, we are hoping for early September 2011 - as you have rang DFTW now, is it too early to ring them in September? Thanks so much for advice, it's nice to see someone around about a similar timeline as us!!

I think I've found it!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried on about 7 dresses today. All of which were lovely. And 2 of which I though I loved!

These are the two

[OK so I just spent ages looking for a photo of one of them - it's called 'Leonora' and is by Amanda Wyatt, but I can't find it anywhere. It's Organza with lovely lacy straps and a pleated waist. I thought it was 'the one' for a bit. But continue reading and you'll find out more!!]

The other one that was a big favourite was a Mori Lee one:

I adored the train on this and really loved it on.....

Oooh, I just found a much better photo of it!!!

Ooooh I love it!

I know it's much bigger and fancier than Cassia and some others, but it's just so princessy and perfect, and I had a hoop underneath it which really made my legs a lot cooler and made me really comfortable!

The best thing was when Jess and I left the shop I looked and had a missed call on my phone, and it turned out that my Mum was comming into Croydon to shop, so I was so excited that we went back and I showed my Mum it and she had to try really hard not to cry!!! YYYAAAAAAYYY! (She never cries!)

Then just to show her I put on the other two dresses that were my favourites and they just looked rubbish compared!!!!

EEEeeee, I'm so excited!

Wow! Both of them are gorgeous but I like the Maggie, (being a Maggie bride myself!!). My friend got married in the one you have picked and it looked absoutely stunning in all the photos on the day, and that was a cold day in Yorkshire not a glorious day in Florida!! You look lovely in it!

I tried it on in the ivory which I much much prefer to the colour in the photo. Jessie took a sneaky picture, so excuse the quality, and my flabby arms!

£1160. I don't know what kind of price it'd be elsewhere, thing is I love the sales girl she is such a sweetheart, and she's the one who picked it out and she made my day so fun yesterday!

I was hoping maybe I could do a deal with the dress and shoes and veil and tiara and stuff.....they are having a 10% Maggie day next month, but is it too soon to buy?

no no no it isnt too soon to buy - you buy whenever you find a good deal - if there is a 10% off day soon, go there ready to buy and demand you get some (even though i havnet heard of any ronald joyce %% off days!??) so if you have the money ready, then you have to get ready to buy when they will offer a good deal. You go into the shop on that 10% off day, with cash in hand (or a card in hand) and say you ARE buying today in FULL, then that makes the sales people excited that someone will pay the full amount (which most people only put a deposit down) so then you can twist them round your finger, and say ''well, i am going to pay in full today, i want that dress, i have this amount of money, what can you offer me with the dress - and pick out a tiara and demand you have that included in the dress!''.

You can so work with them when you have the money in your hand ready to buy - they will do anything to get sales!

Well, we want the same dress! That is the dress I am getting for our wedding Since we're the same weight we should go halves (See pgs 3 & 5 on my PJ) ISN'T JUST THE BEST DRESS?!?!!

I saw your status on FB and for some reason I had a funny feeling as I knew you wanted to try on Maggie dresses!

It's in a shop near me for £1055 - I saw the dress on Ebay in S.London for around £500, check if it's still on there... it's too far for me to go try on xxx

Congrats on the dress! It's very lovely. And I bought my dress when I thought I was getting married in Oct. 2011, so it's not too early. We ended up moving up the date, but even though I felt silly, I'm glad we got it and it's out of the way.

S I totally forgot in the excitement! But I also found my wedding shoes yesterday! They were the ones I had on in the showroom and they are soooo comfy!!

I'm tempted to die them pink!
