Does anyone have pictures of the plates of food? I don't need pictures of the restaurant or bread or harpist. I am wondering how big each course is. 7 courses sounds like a lot of food.
Can someone who has eaten there recently please reply?
How do you have room for it all, or are the courses all small enough it is not a problem? I know I read on here reports by fellow disers who have eaten there several times that the portions are smaller, and no beef option without paying a significant supplement.
Can someone direct me to recent photos please?

Hey, that's my quarter picture! <G>
For clarification, the picture in my .sig is not of food that came from V&A. It came from a Food & Wine Festival event (the first "Cook, Book, & Bottle") and it was course 1 of 3. I took the picture when I thought nobody would believe I wasn't exaggerating without photographic proof. As it turned out, the pictures came in very handy when I went to Guest Services to voice my concerns over the event (not the 3 course meal that was advertised).

The only course that size I've encountered at V&A is possibly the amuse bouche.

I've been to V&A two times, Sept 2009 and March 2010. We will be returning in Sept 2010 and January 2011

The portion sizes are perfect in my opinion. Keep in mind that the meal spans 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, you never feel rushed. I would say we leave feeling full, but not uncomfortably so.

The portions are not regular restaurant portions and the meal is so slowly paced that you should be fine. It's not something that is rushed. I didn't take pictures of the food, it just felt really like it would be disturbing to take a lot of pictures all through the meal.
