Back in 2001, on our honeymoon, my wife and I experienced the most amazing dinner at V&As. We still talk about it to this day and still have our personalized menus. Well, next year will be our 20th wedding anniversary and we are planning a return to WDW in mid-October. For our actual 20th anniversary, we were giving serious thought to returning to V&As. Question, granted this is still 11 months or so away and always subject to change, but did I read somewhere that the menu has changed...that it is no longer created anew each day and guests can no longer choose from select options for each course?

V&A is currently out of business. I wish this was not the case, but it is .
I'm going to suggest Shula's, CAPA, or "Bull and Bear". Not quite V&A standards, but VERY good Non-Disney owned Restaurants that ARE in business.

Yep, I see that it is currently closed, but we are hopeful that it will be back by October 2021. If so, we'd like to find out if it is like we remember or changed.

No idea when v&a will return. My personal opinion is it will be the last restaurant to reopen, most likely 2022.

no idea what options will be available. With dining reservations booking just 60 days out, you have lots of time. Keep Checking back every month or so.

Totally agree. My concern? Given the level of talent of the artists that WERE there? These stunning folks are not just going to sit by the phone, waiting for a call . Betting they are gone for good - including Executive Chef Scott Hunnel .

So, we may see a reopening of "something". Must wait to see what that something is .

I would be surprised if Scott Hunnel leaves. He has other responsibilities at GF besides V&A and also works with the cruise line.

We have enjoyed V&A multiple times over the years and had amazing meals everytime.
I agree with the others, that this will most likely be one of the last restaurants to open.
Looking forward to when it does.

We have dined there for our Jan 1st annv dinner 4 times and we are going again NY day 2022 for our 11th annv. We are praying it is back open! There is just no where better than V&A in the QVR for an annv dinner! I hope it is open for you too!
