My wife's maid-of-honor will be joining us for an October Disney vacation.

Without any coaching from us, M-of-H and her family have indicated they want to stay at Grand Floridian. My family stays at Bay Lake Tower.

M-of-H is vegan and probably best two vegan kitchens are at California Grill (I hope it reopens for our visit) and Victoria & Albert.

My question(s):

1.) At what hour of the day will on-line reservation be available for me to make reservation for Chef's Table at Victoria & Albert?

2.) Can I assume that the vegan can have a different menu than the rest of us, or must we all have same menu at Chef's Table?

I just made my Chef's Table reservation earlier this week, so I can help out with this.

Online dining reservations open up at 6AM EST. However, the 180 +10 rule is not functioning online at this time, so if you are trying to make a reservation for later in your stay, you will have to call.

If you have to call, the main dining line opens at 7AM, but they will automatically direct you to the Victoria and Albert's direct line (1-407-WDW-DVNA) which doesn't open until 9AM. So, if you are not able to book online, you can just wait to call at 9AM.

As far as the menus go, each person can have a different menu at Chefs Table. We have 1 person with a seafood allergy, one person who is vegetarian, and 2 people who will eat anything, and we are all being accommodated, no problem.

I hope you get your reservation and have a wonderful time!

We are Disneymooning for 8 days this June. I booked my ADR for the Chef's Table at 6AM EST on my first eligible day. We are staying on property. The only day they still had available was the last night we will be there. I was so happy to get it since I so wanted to surprise my wife to be for our honeymoon. Also, remember that they do not have the Chef's Table available on Wednesday and Friday Nights. To get the Chef's Table you need to book at 6 AM EST on the first day you can make reservations since there is only one seating a night. They will customize your menus no matter where you sit in the restaurant if you are vegan or have any other dietary restrictions.

Congratulations!

I did not know Chef's Table was not available on Wednesday & Friday.

That's really useful - I was looking at Friday, but now it may have to be Saturday, since the only other night we could dine is also Halloween (and that was purpose of traveling to Disney).

They will customize your menus no matter where you sit in the restaurant if you are vegan or have any other dietary restrictions.

Person on phone said the same thing, I was just wanting to confirm with Dis'peeps.

Thank you.

This was most helpful!!
