Via Napoli

Ps -- We thought the Zeppole was particularly disappointing. They don't serve them warm, just cool pieces of fried dough with dipping sauces. When the waiter asked if we didn't like them (after the bill was already settled), I said they were cold, and he said yes, they wouldn't want to serve hot fried food to the guests! I guess the fried calamari and fried arancini (mini rice balls) that we had for appetizers were figments of our imaginations. Since they weren't that good, either, maybe imagining them would have been better!

Also the slowest server we've EVER had at WDW, but they hadn't been open that long, so they could've been having growing pains still.

Interesting point of view - I though the Zeppole were the best dessert I had on property. I honestly can't even remember if they were warm or not.

My pizza was also soft in the middle, but I still really enjoyed it.

THere is one place here at home that does thoes, they are the best!!

I am so going to have to eat here..

As I wrote before. We ate here in Nov 2010. The Zeppole were served Hot and delicious. So good I made my sister find a recipe online and make them for Thanksgiving. She did a pretty good job too. Can't wait to go back for them!

They were hot for us in Dec. 2010. Probably the best thing we ate while we were at Disney. lol. I made them in Feb. and they turned out pretty good.

my dad was stationed in naples when i was a teenager. this is the closest thing i've had to real italian pizza. i don't mind the people that complain about the pizza. they just don't have a clue. they should just order domino's or go to uno's or giordano's.

We loved Via Napoli when we went back in November! It was probably my second favorite meal. I love wood fired, thin crust pizza! (Don't get me wrong, I love Chicago style pizza too but they are very different animals!)

We had the ugly cookie sundae with cherries (I can't remember the name but I seem to think that was the translation) and it was my favorite dessert. I LOVED it. The kids shared the Zappoli. I didn't try the doughnuts but the chocolate sauce was divine!
