Via Napoli on the Dining Plan

This menu is a bit confusing to me when on the Dining Plan. What exactly can we order? I'm guessing an individual pizza or a pasta, plus a dessert, but can we get the salad for 2 if we get the pizza, or is that out of pocket?

I am thinking that if you don't have the deluxe dining plan the salad won't be included. It might be as an appetizer if you get the deluxe plan - if two people order it.
