We have DDP. Is the only child pizza option the margherita one? I'm trying to decide if I want a tantrum from a kid who wants pepperoni and can't have it or a couple of adults that will be mad if I cancel the reservation.

No, they have a pepperoni one. My daughter had it yesterday she loved it.
