Via Napoli in August

I understand that ADRs for Via Napoli will begin for Sept but what do we do if we want to try it in August? Do you just walk up and ask if a table is available? Can you make an ADR that morning from your hotel room? From the park when you get there that day?

Gee, no wonder DH thinks I'm an overplanner

I thought I had read that the restaurant would be all walk-up's for August.

Yep, the restaurant is all walk-up in August. You can't have an ADR at Via Napoli until after the grand opening September 10th. Just head over there when you're ready to eat and ask for a table. For best chances of getting one, head over when it first opens, or at a less-popular dining time (mid-afternoon, late night, etc.)
