Via Napoli dining plan?

I asume its on there now (even though the DDP brochure wasnt updated). Anyone confirm?

Any insights on how credits can be use? Assume individual pizzas are the entree.

I spoke to a CM on the dining line after making a reservation. The restaurant is a TS dining credit. The pizza is included but the CM told me there is some confusion as to how the credits are used for pizza.

Via Napoli is on the Dining Plan as a "1 TS" location.

For entrees, 1 credit will get you either 1 of the "normal" entrees (non-pizza) or 1 individual pizza. For larger size pizzas, the 20in costs 2 credits and the 1/2 meter costs 4. It's unclear if (but I'm assuming that) only adult credits may be used for the 20in and 1/2m pies.

There was something not long ago about the fact that children's credits could be used only for children's menu meals, so the combined credits for large pizzas had to be adult credits.

That is, indeed, the general rule about the child's dining plan. There really isn't enough information out yet to know if Via Napoli will be the only exception.

Four credits seems like a lot to me. The half meter costs $37. I would hate to use four table credits on one item that only cost that much, it doesn't seem like a good value to me. My family needed a half meter and a large for dinner. Sounds like a lot but the crust is very thin. I would much rather use a table credit for a $30 or $40 meal. Four credits comes out to $9.25 each, your not getting much for your credit. But the pizza is great!

Yep, the multi-credit pizzas aren't the most "economical" use of dining credits. They are decent deals OOP though. If taking the "suggested" serving (assuming 2 for 20in and 4 for 1/2m), the cost is not that bad at all.
