Via Napoli Dining Plan question

Hi!

Awhile back I read something about there being certain limitations on the pizza at Via Napoli as part of the dining plan. Is that accurate and if so, what are the limitations?

At VN, each person on the DDP has to order an entree. You can't order just one and share like you can at other places. Only the individual pizzas are allowed if you want pizza. You'll either need to order as they come (could probably take off ingredients you don't like) or pay OOP for extra toppings to customize. Once they are on the table, you can share, but everyone has to order.

You can only order the individual pizzas on the dining plan. Extra toppings are paid out of pocket. One pizza per diner, no splitting meals. You can "share" if everyone orders an entree.

If we want pizza at Via Napoli we do not use credits. If we want individual entrees we use the plan. This restaurant tends to adhere to the plan with no leeway.

Thanks Everyone! I'll need to do some math & look at the menu to figure out if we should pay out of pocket. We have to for one meal, but was thinking Kona Café for breakfast would be our better bet financially.

I always plan on out of pocket for Via (this is only my 2nd time going) because it is "only" $40.00 for the pizza. I would much rather use my dining credits for some place else.
