I've decided my trip will not be complete without trying the zeppole. If you happen to see me in line for a ride and I have a glazed over look on my face, I'll probably be thinking about the zeppole. Right now my plan is to stop in sometime on Feb 1st, midafternoon, and just ordering these. Do you guys think I'll be ok just walking up and being patient or should I make an ADR? I know ADR is suggested for pretty much anything, but being the time of year it is, do you think I'd end up waiting forever or it'd just be a little bit?

I think you'll probably get seated with a short wait mid-afternoon at that time of year. You're not talking about a holiday weekend, and you'll be there long before winter break/spring break crowds.
