Via Napoli... Can you?

If you have Via Napoli dining reservations can any of you pull them up on Disneys website? It is the only ADR I can't pull up. I called to confirm and I still have it, but for some reason I can't get it pulled up to print off. The CM (yes, I know not to listen to them) said that it was because it is a new place.

Thats strange b/c I booked mine online and then later had to call to cancel something and confirmed I hat the ADR

Mine is displaying fine on the My Reservations screen. However, it did not pull them up on the "Retrieve by Confirmation Number" the first time.

After checking again with a few phone number formats it still didn't work. I have my # (obviously), just something's up with that page.

It does make sense that it's because it's a new restaurant. That page (the confirmation number/phone number form) is from the old system. It's pretty poor coding if it doesn't work due to the new place, but I wouldn't put it past Disney

What Cafeen said: displays on the my reservations screen, the link from there to the reservation pulls up the info, but when I try to access by reservation #, I don't get anything.

Weird, isn't it?

My ADRs don't come up on the main dining page because I made all of my ADRs before the system changed and then I did Via Napoli over the phone because I wasn't near a computer when we decided to make the change from Tutto. So I have to manually enter each to view them.
