Via Napoli and the Mickey-shaped Pizza

Most of us have seen the Mickey-Shaped Pizza from Via Napoli

Why don't they sell this? I've worked at a pizza place, and know it would not be that difficult. Heck, places like Papa Murphy's have Jack-o-lantern shaped pizzas, complete with the stem, that they sell for cheap on Halloween. They also have a heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day.

The Mickey-shaped Pizza would be a huge success.
