Via Napoli ADR question

Wow-so I've been playing around on the app trying to figure out what will be and won't be too easy to get at 180 days out. I didn't think Via Napoli was going to be an issue, but when I put in for dinner 180 days out for a party of 11, nothing comes up. If I choose other restaurants, I get things to come up for most of them. Does that restaurant fill up quickly? I've never been so I'm just curious if you know anything. Am I better off trying to call? If I put in for T-Rex cafe, I get the same message, but I know to call that place directly. Anyone know any information on this restaurant? Thanks!

I believe they're a restaurant that you'll have to call for 11. The tables aren't that large.

T-REX, always call the restaurant. Not Disney. Not Disney Reservations. Use the Landry's line.

Via Napoli isn't Disney-owned either. But I don't think they take their own reservations. Not 100% sure.

Let me break it out:

• T-REX: Call the restaurant. They don't even release all of their availability to Disney, and also do their own reservations.
• Via Napoli: Call DISNEY'S reservation line. Because you have a large group, you may not be able to book online. Some restaurants in the system don't work if you're asking for more than 8. They may be one of them.

Basically, most of Disney Springs do their own reservations on top of Disney's. But if it's in a theme park, go via Disney, generally speaking. (There are limited exceptions.)

I also had to call for (Disney reservations) for a table for 12.

Definitely call... I'm sure the reason you are having issues is because of the size of your party. I'm 24 days out and just booked Via Napoli for a Saturday night for 5.

Via Napoli does have some larger tables including the common table in the middle that probably seats 40!
