Without getting into too much detail, one of the things you can do at Galaxy's Edge is interact with a character in Black Spire Outpost named Vi Moradi. Vi is an existing Star Wars character from the novel Phasma as well as the upcoming novel Galaxy’s Edge: Black Spire

not sure if it has been a daily thing and I wouldn't expect this or Kylo's "show" at the Tie Echelon to be on any schedule, since it's supposed to be something that just happens

True but like I said it doesn’t seem there is any sort of regularity to this or the Kylo Ren show thing.
