Hope this helps someone.

Was playing around this morning with dates for Aug 09 and got this quote for 1 Adult, 18yr, 17yr & 13yr at Dolphin 20th Aug for 7nights - £898 less online discount of £17.70

GRAND TOTAL of £880!!!

As it seemed like a no-brainer, I've booked it, but will it be honoured as it's obviously a glitch?
 
great find!! just been on there and its now over 1000 for one adult!

not sure if they will honour it but as its booked surely the must honour it
 
Yes they have to honour it (well they did for us)
When we booked our package with Virgin,we added on platinuim car insurance,it showed we had selected it but hadnt charged us it saved £500 so I nagged DP and we booked.
Virgin have honoured it,also with a upgrade to stratus free.

They will try and get out of it by possibly sending you an amended invoice.Write a letter and you will get one back admitting they do have to honour there blunder.

does anyone know if you have to book kids as children as the adult price is sooooooooooo cheap but the child price is full price
 
Not sure Ive just booked and paid £1500. my children will be 4 and 9.

Adult prices was very cheap! I priced for a friend 3 adlts 1 ch and it was £785

It has been pulled now though:eek:

Yep sadly its been sorted,Ive just repriced our holiday up and its now £3200.
I'd keep your eye on it though as it was removed/changed numerous times.
 
I can only see dates up to Feb 2009????:confused3

Have they taken off the months after that?

I am looking for second half of Aug 2009.

I can get upto nov 09,so not sure?
I do know some certain Aug dates was removed,and error was being displayed for a while:confused3
 
I got 10 nights for 2 adults at Port Orleans for £460 for 2 of us for next year. Fingers crossed they will honour it. I'm hoping it's not too good to be true!
 
I am not sure they do have to honour the price, even if deposit has been accepted if the price was 'too good to be true' they may be able to get out of it.

Hope you have good luck though and they do honour it :)

LOL...well we'll see we've heard nothing yet.Apart from confirmation and the deposit being taken. *so fingers crossed*
I never realised it was on other hotels too *lucky buggers*:lmao:
 
I have had misprices with Venere.com, Airline Network (both flights and Hotel on seperate occasions) and another I cant remember. All have been honoured, hopefully Virgin will stick to the prices for you.

I booked this yesterday. £391 for a week at the Dolphin. I knew it was too good to be true. Virgin have phoned this morning. I was out but they left a message to say they'll ring back. What do I say?? Any advice? Don't think I'll answer the phone and hope they forget about me:scared1: Dont think I'll get away with this.

Ring back,see what they say,they will most probably say they cant "go through with the booking" tell them to put it into letter,and you will seek legal advice.
I have had the same message and spoke to a lady from Virgin but they cant speak to me as I arent the main bookee.
Let me know how you get on....But I'd definately ring and state you will see legal advice.
