What time would you head to the bus stop at the villas at Grand Floridian if you needed to be at an 8:25 AM breakfast at Hollywood and Vine?

I totally would except we have a 2yo and 1yo and the 1yo is very tiny and can't face forward yet (when I looked into it the child has to be 22lbs and our little guy is way under that weight.). I think Uber family or Uber car seat or whatever it is called now will also only provide one seat. I love Uber though!
