I'm also disappointed by the continuing trend towards having less bathrooms in the 1 bedroom units. BLT, VGC, and Kidani's layouts are my favorite, though I guess it won't affect us since we always seem to opt for 2 bedrooms anyways. I hope the next DVC they build will go back to the 1 bathroom for a studio, 2 in a 1 bedroom, 3 in a 2 bedroom layout.

To me the surprise is that they did it to start with for the 1 BR units sleep 5 since they put the 1 BR units in competition with the 2 BR units and almost certainly sold less points than they would have otherwise. I'm sure some would argue that there are those that would not have bought otherwise but I don't think the balance is there for that argument.

Completely agree. The extra bathroom is an excellent amenity that we love.
