VGF 2-Bed at 11 months

We will be booking our first our home resort (VGF) stay for a trip in early Feb 2024. Our first stay (BWV) was held/booked when we bought. So I haven't done a reservation myself yet.

Will a 2-bed standard view room be easy to get right at the 11 month window?

I'd prefer not to for my first time booking, but do I need to read up on how to walk a reservation?

I think if you go on right at 8 am at 11 months, you should be able to get it. I didn't need to walk my 2 bedroom for December (only two nights but could have gotten more).

I think in February, you should be okay...if you are going around President's Day, be sure to go on right on time.

Feb 1 to the Thurs before Presidents' Day is the lowest DVC demand time of the year at WDW. VGF 2BRs (standard and lake view) have, in the past, been readily available at 11-months out for that time of year. In fact, for that time period in 2022 and 2023, every room type at VGF was readily available at 11-months out.
