VGC opening day 9/23/09

Who's gonna be there when the VGC open??? Lets start a thread to share any ideas, info, etc. about possible opening events, etc.

We will be there opening night in a studio- I'm counting the days! It was kind of funny because about a week before they announced the opening day date change, we had booked Sept 24 - 27th in the GCH using the 3-day stay we got as part of buying at the Grand Firsts event. Then when they announced the Sept 23rd date, I KNEW we had to extend the vacation for one more day so I could experience opening day. I hope they do something to commemorate the event, but even if they don't, I'll just be happy to be there!

My wife and I and our two good friends will be there opening night in a studio as well. We will be in a studio on the 23rd and the 24th. We are also gonna be staying at GCH in a DCA view on the 21st and the 22nd and then moving over to the villas for opening day. Super excited to see all the members on the first night. We requested a DCA view for the villas but not sure we will get it. Has anyone figured out the configuration of VGC and where the villas are located?
