VGC disappeared from booking options list

I'm trying to modify a reservation and was just told that member services can't do anything with Grand Californian reservations. I've tried many times over the past several months to modify this reservation online with absolutely no luck. My 30 day cancellation window is fast approaching and I need to remove a couple of days. I'm now on hold waiting to talk with a more knowledgeable person?

Update: Finally spoke with someone and they are still not able to do anything with any Grand Californian reservations unless one wants to totally cancel. I may try to send a message so someone can get on this as soon as they are able to modify.

Were you able to modify, now that things seem to be working again?

I was able to book my Dec stay about an hour ago but haven’t been able to modify an existing reservation.

I booked a new reservation for VGC (for Nov 2022) about 4-5 hours ago. Shortly after I booked it I decided I wanted to add an extra day at the end. I was able to modify the reservation to add another day, and the email confirmation I received reflected that.

I need to drop 3 days of a 1 week booking on a 1 bed at August, not sure what to do now (I booked it before the system went bonkers again and allowed a load of people to book non available rooms).

Were you able to modify, now that things seem to be working again?

I e-mailed them yesterday and I received notification earlier today that they made the modification for me. I may try to remove the final night from my reservation but I haven't tried to yet. Seems kind of silly to spend 26 points to keep the last night just so I don't have to check out by 11AM.

Update: Was actually able to modify the reservation to remove the final night saving me 26 points that I will bank into next year. It also let my use the last 3 leftover banked points I had from my Boardwalk contract that were remaining from another reservation I had modified for WDW in June when I switched from Boardwalk to AK-Kidani Savanna View to burn off all my banked points for this year. Still have most of my 2021 use year points available so most likely they will all end up being banked to 2022 use year. Unless they resume AP sales I think I'll remain in this cycle of needing to burn most of my points due to banking each year or lose them. As it is now my June reservation will most likely involve spending a few days at Universal Studios.
