Veteran's Day

Does anyone ever go to WDW over the Veteran's Day holiday? Is it very crowded then...compared to early June. We are from the mid-west so hitting Florida in November would be a warm welcome! I don't care about swimming much, we'd be too busy riding Splash Mt! I'm just wondering about the crowds...

DH and I are teachers so this might be an option for us in a few years...

We were there last year at that time and plan to return this year. Veteran's Day is actually my DS's birthday. The parks aren't crowded -- especially compared to June! MK is more crowded than most on the actual day. They do a special ceremony there. Keep in mind that week is the last week of the F&W Festival at Epcot and Super Soap Weekend is the 13th and 14th at MGM. Things are not horribly crowded with the longest waits being about 20 minutes. Most are less than 10.
