very very unhappy

Could you pass me the email address as i booked direct with Disney for the First time usually book through an agent but for some reason went with them paid in full as going in 7 weeks 2 days and thought all was well but i had call from bank today saying that they have requested the funds again and the initial monies have cleared and they have them - i have tried calling someone at the booking office and got a very snotty respnse and the phone put down on me so need the email address if anyone has it
 
We just kept persevering with phone calls eventually asking for a supervisor to contact us.
Sometimes we got through to France and sometimes to America and although they are both meant to be linked we were getting different responses from each end which was the infuriating part. We were told by America that the payment had gone through but just to check the bank to be sure however we kept being told by France that the money hadnt been paid which was worrying us as we didnt want to turn up and find we had no room as from what I understand if you dont pay they assume you no longer want the room so cancel it

have called them again and had joy in getting there account dept to stop requesting the monies which they tried 4 times in total - but no one seemed bothered by the attitude of the person on the phone and couldnt put me through to a manager and gave me an email address which has bounced back saying its not correct - i have emailed a complaint last night to a general address but had no reply or reciept had even been read so if Wendy bird or anyone has the correct email address it would be welcome as its beginning to annoy me the further it goes on.

I've never had cause for complaint (yet, touch wood ;) ) but when I have emailed queries to DLRP through their official site I normally receive a "read receipt" within 48 hours and then the proper reply takes a couple more days. Good luck. :thumbsup2
