Very tight schedule: possible?

No, most definitely not IF you try to ride smugglers first.

There is a possibility you could go to your ADR then smugglers after and request to ride. You could prove you were at a dining reservation. CM may allow you to ride but there’s a possibility they may not. It’s worth trying but better option is to try yourself to modify your smugglers LL.

Keep trying to modify. You can definitely get a time after and it will NOT reset your 2 hour cool down period.

I don't think you will have a issue with H&V. Stop by H&V telling them you have ride. They will just seat 'others' till you get through with ride.
Restaurant flows, they want someone at a table during dinning service. They will seat the guest after you (12:10)

Thanks everyone! With diligent refreshing, I was able to switch it to 10:45! Yeay!

It is not recommended to be late for an ADR as they may not hold your reservation. It is much better to miss the LL then ask to ride late, providing proof of ADR.
