Very old tickets emailed ticket.usage

I have some very old no expiry tickets from 2003 that I lost track of how many days on each.
I have emailed ticket.usage.

Does anyone have any experience you can post?

We did this a couple of years ago. They got back to us with the number of remaining days. The old tickets are not compatible with the new system, so they can’t be linked in your MDE. We had to go to guest services to have them converted to new tickets when we were ready to use them. It was really a simple process! The only drawback for us was not being able to make fast passes before our trip. Once they were converted, we linked them, and were able to get some fast passes.
