I finally got my retail pictures loaded in. These are the rest of my purchases, many of them during the 2 days I was in Tampa with my fam. This was the one part of the TR that I sort of skipped over, in my effort to finish.

i did get a few pins; tho i keep telling myself that I will not become a pin person!

I increased my collection in March. So far, they are in boxes. I havn't really displayed them yet. The doubles, hopefully, I can trade in the Disney/Vinylmation trading afternoon in NYC on June 26th. If you are a tri-staters, come on out!

FYi on the June 26th Disney / Vinylmation meet - it wa sa great success! I made out like a bandit and traded all my doubles.

I just have to get baby new year and my holiday series is complete! The Valentine's Day one fro my pictures a few posts back was the secret chaser!

My Final Thoughts

I had an amazing wonderful time! I feel very lucky to have attended Magic & Merriment. I'm very lucky to had time in the parks, while visiting friends & family.


I remember from my first Disney trip back in March 09 that I had the 4/3 deal and thought "how am I going to spend 7 days in the parks?". Well, now I know the answer. I ended up only spending 4 days in the parks in that particular trip, so ended up going back again in May 09 to use up the last 3 days.

I had so many magical experiences and saw so much of the holiday spirit. As you know, I go down to FL alot and most of the time, it is in December. But this, somehow felt different. Better.

I did feel a little melancholy (my parents would have LOVED it ), every once in awhile, but that mood didn't last for long.

I got to spend time in a big ol' villa, time in various bedrooms of friends & family as well as got to spend a couple of nights on Disney property. The best of all possible worlds.

I would list my fav magical moments - but really, each & every day there were several.

Well, everything is always cancelable until I buy airfare. And I have a stupid timeshare, so that helps in going down.

My dates in October are 10/6-10/17, but the first 4-5 days are staying with my BFF/goddaughter and doing a ton of stuff with them. I will start a PTR eventually.

I decided to take a trip to Paramus, NJ (not exactly far... ) since I heard there was a Disney Outlet in Bergen Town Center mall. Not a store but Outlet.


So, after driving and getting my road rage on, I finally got there. Argh.

The mall is very nice, and I did visit Century 21, Whole Foods, Payless and Target besides the Disney store...outlet.


Now, it's definitely not an Outlet. It's a store that has a marked down section. At first, I found nothing I wanted, but eventually picked up these at pretty decent prices.


Originally $24.50, marked down to $.99!

It will serve to remind me of my December 2009 trip, plus I like snowglobes!

Hi all...

remember my friend who passed away, Cristina back in November?

Her husband, Pete, just passed away last Saturday. He found out he was very sick a few weeks before Cristona died, but never told her. He was just too tired after years of caring for Cristina, that he just couldn't fight it as hard as he could have.

I pray for their kids, even though adults, losing both parents in less than a year is till super rough.


God Bless you Pete! I miss you!

For now, as their children have said, both Cristina & Pete are dancing in front of the Castle, just like they said they would.

And probably partying it down with my parents.

Wow! Awesome TR! I'm really hoping to go to the M&M event this year! We even booked two extra nights onto our already planned trip when we found out the dates. So we'll be there one way or another. I have a few questions re: M&M. When did tickets go on sale last year? When was it announced? Did you have any strategy for getting one? Were there any kids at the event? I think the maximum is 4 tickets per member. I'd like our family to go, do you suppose our baby needs a ticket? Thanks! Still working on reading the rest of your TR.

I'm also hoing to do the M&M event this year, but god knows with their ticketing system or what it may cost this year. *shivers*

I think tickets went on sale in early-mid October. THere is no strategy, I think. Last year's mess was because it was somehow "opened" up early for select people and they took a majority of the tickets. I know it's terrible of me, but I don't think Disney cast members should be able to go, if it is such a limited event, esp if Disney allows a member + 3. .

I don't think there were many little kids (it's a LONG day! I really don't recommend it if you have small children or you are not going to get your money's worth at all), but some teens were there.

I would ask D23 about ages, but the down-side of D23 is that they don't work very quickly or give out info very timely.
