Today, I must book my weekend hotels - both NYC & Orlando. Rinse & Repeat.

It will be my mantra today, between bouts of cleaning the house. LOL! I also have to get ready to head to a gig tonight. I might even tweet about it.
All this, with Prozac following on my heels or insisting to sit on my lap.

I tihnk I will book through Disney directly. I'm going to look up available hotel with & without the special offer.

My hotel is booked for Magic & Merriment weekend!

I am going to stay at Port Orleans Riverside since French Quarter was not available at the special offer rate.

I confirmed I can get there early, park and take Disney transportation to the parks. I was worried about that. I also made a request for the Mansion section. I don't like the alligators.

I have some time in the afternoon and race back to get fully booked in and rest a bit. I will have to get up super-duper early to drive back to Orlando and be at Epcot by 8:30am.

I still have some family to cool down but it should b ok.

I really don't like my NYC rate AT ALL. Bit I'll keep my eyes peeled for any specials. I live outside the City and as such, rarely stay overnight in the City. This is a long weekend, where I'll indulge in a few concerts, a double-decker tour (never done this!), visit to the Disney Store (rumor mill is that it will move to the Times Sq area) and indulge in coffee madness.

I will be back in the City a couple of weeks later for Princess & the Frog screening and next week for the Christmas Carol train tour.

Now, I must do some housework and make my Disney to-do list. It seems so far away but I'm almost at 40 days!

Good to hear about CJ...great to hear about Cris...yummy pumpkin ice cream (since we both have a LOVE for anything pumpkin)...OMG about M&M...etc...etc!

Prozac is a reverse skunk. She has a while line down her belly and white paws. She can pretty much do what she wants around here since she is around 15-16 years old.

I intro'd her a few pags back somewhere. As I type now, she is on my lap looking verrrrry intently at my fingers. But I lurve her.

I have an email confirmation for M&M, but the charge has not appeared on my credit card yet. I just want to see it there to KNOW it's for real real.

I'm sure POR will be fine; I just had to let go of staying at an Epcot area hotel. I stayed there in May, but barely saw the place, so I'm hoping to have a little time to wander around.

Before I head out to my pumpkin carving date with the sneaky peeps...here's my Twitter review of the concert I went to last night called Open Wings-Broken Strings. It featured solo acoustic sets from the lead singers of LIVE, Sixpence None the Richer and Everclear. Ed Kowalczk, Leigh Nash and Art Alexakis, respectively.

There's quite alot of people tweeting about it, so it must be quite alot of parties going on today. This one was at my sis's church. Both my BIL and CJ carved thir pumpkins. I'll post pics whn I download them.
CJ only needed a littl bit of help (muscular issues), but his turned out spectacular!

This morning, I made my new binder cover; the old one had the wrong Disney dates.

Though the fam in Tampa NOW tells me that I don't have to visit them and it is ok by them to stay in Orlando. But I'm not going to do that. I'm going to visit them for 2 days whether they like it or not! They were nice enough about me changing the plans on them to attend D23, so I'm definitely going to drive to Tampa and drive back to Orlando for them.

I'll take a pic of the new cover and see what you guys think. I need to head to the gym (*groan*) after work and then a quick stop at the supermarket (especially if Prozac wants to eat ).

And, is it weird that I am happy to see my credit card has less credit available since it means my M&M charge is going through? I still want to see the charge to know that it is for real real.
