I have a late breakfast for Chef Mickey (11:40am). Will we there still be fresh breakfast food items out? Will the charcters still go around to the tables?

I think this might be lunch.
Not sure if they will have breakfast items or not.

My online ressie said it was breakfast with characters.

I don't see that they have a lunch there, just breakfast and dinner.

You're right...they don't normally do lunch but sometimes during high peak times (some holidays, free dining) I have seen where they do lunch. Not knowing your travel times, I would still be surprised to see that this was a breakfast time.

I agree. The latest I have ever seen breakfast being served in WDW is 11a. The norm for them is more along the 10:30a timeframe. I would expect lunch although (assuming they are open for lunch that day) you may be in that transition time & get both.

If the restaurant is serving, the characters will be out.

In June, we had ADRs for 11:20 am at Chef Mickey and it was breakfast. There were people that were checking in after us, so I know that was not the last breakfast ADR for the day. There was no lunch served. We left at almost 1 pm. All characters came by, Donald was doing the napkin twirl and they replenished the food until we left. The folks doing the pancakes were still making them when we went for a second round.

Phew! I feel much better now. Thank you! My kids are really picky especially DS w/ autism. Breakfast foods will be a hit and lunch foods would be a disaster unless Chef Mickey serves McDonalds

Good to know the characters won't be heading out the door either. I was really worrying.
