Very confused, new character meal pricing?

What is the new pricing for character meals? Does anyone know? Maybe if we all post what we know to one thread we can figure this out. Be sure to include which restaurant, which meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and the price. Thanks! I'll start. I called on a few places. Price change has already taken affect.

Liberty TreeTavern Character Dinner has increased to 21.99 for adults and 9.99 for children (according to Deb's site was 20.99/9.99)

Cinderella's Royal Table character breakfast increased to 19.99 for adults and 9.99 for children (according to Deb's site was 15.99/8.99)

1900 Park Fare Breakfast I was told by WDW DINE is 16.99 for adults and 9.99 for children (according to Deb's site this is the same price as it has been in the past)

1900 Park Fare Dinner increased to 23.99 for adults and ?10.99 for children? (according to Deb's site was 21.99/12.99-seems funny that child price would have gone down????)

Deb's prices (wdwig) do not seem to be updated with the new pricing.

This probably isn't much help but last Friday DW and I had the 1900 PF brekafast and the bill was 40 something dollars. The food was quite good as were the characters.
