Very Best Advice?

Im new to the boards. MY upcoming trip is my first to WDW as well. So whats the most basic advice for a newbie going to WDW?

Take a break from the parks in the afternoon to relax.

Make a list of Must Do's...but don't try to do everything. This way if the weather or crowds make it difficult, you will know what you want to do. Learn the Fast PAss system and make it work for you.

Buy the Birnbaum Official Guide and check out the sample schedules.

Make your own schedule after checking out this book. Make a list of the things that you absolutely want to see and the things that if you miss it won't be such a big deal.

Remember, it's hard to do it all. Take midday swimming breaks at the hotel.
And most of all remember it's a vacation, so have fun. If you miss some of the attractions - it is not the end of the world.

Stay On-site, it is the best way to do the world and wear comfortable shoes, because if you get blisters on your first day, it could really put a damper on your vacation. If you like beer, go to the Rose and Crown Pub in EPCOT and enjoy a Stella on tap.

The Best Advice I can give, Enjoy yourself! Don't overplan, take the day as it comes and it will be more memorable. Take the less traveled path, enjoy the shows, the gardens, the often overlooked places. And above all, have fun!
