Catananche - is the Fringe still going on?

Yes it is! I've been slack and seen only one show, but going to a lecture tomorrow at the Book Festival, and I'm being forced to go see the Ladyboys of Bangkok!

There's a cow theme this year, since the town has been hosting the Cow Parade. There's a big inflatable upside down purple cow, called the Udderbelly, which hosts some shows.

Only downside: I have to drive around the town centre for work, and the tourists forget which way to look before crossing the road. My nerves are frayed..... but the bottles are oddly soothing....

For those of you who surf other boards (or have lurked there) are they having troubles with slow bottles? It just seems strange that a few days ago there wasn't this problem. I don't think that it is the fault that we aren't sending enough...*sigh* This is upsetting me! I need the bottle!

The slow bottle thing seems to be a common problem. I've been trying to help the cause by chucking in a few: not yet at the stage where I start a "Hi where you from one?".

Someone pointed out tonight on MSE that because bottles were sticking there was presumably a lot of bottles discarded. I haven't seen any of my own bottles for days

Yes, I've seen other boards that are complaining of slow bottles, too. I don't know where they are all going but it's not to me.
