Veronica Mars?

Wow--this is an old thread. I saw the title and thought, "Hey, a Veronica thread!" Then realized that I was the OP.

Since I watched part of the episode last night, I was wondering if anyone else thought it was kind of weird to have Patty Hearst play a rich woman who was abducted.

I don't know--I'm not finding this season as interesting as the first two. I'm SO over the whole serial rapist thing. And the banter just doesn't seem as interesting.

What do you think?

I thought the serial rapist thing has kind of gotten bad-it's not like who killed Lilly or the bus where suspects keep on going on for a few episodes. I get why this season has mini-arcs, but I don't like it.
And I thought the Patty Hearst thing was really weird.
