What do you think is the lowest offer that will pass for Vero Beach?

I can't find alot of history on Beca's thread.

I would like to know this, too! I would think $64 would be pushing the envelope on ROFR, judging from the asking prices on the web-sites I have seen.

Hi! This is Jamie at TTS.

In answer to the question posted we had two contracts on 6/22 pass at $64 per point. It is always a question mark. They might let them go through at less but we haven't tried for less recently.
