What is the Vero Magical Beginnings incentive that was mentioned in the letter/e-mail we got?

I believe the mb offer is $15 per point and you can add on 50 points and still finance. I believe with BCV you have to add on 100 points to finance. We don't need that many but I would like a few on-site points. Decisions, decisions . . .

VB ~ $15 per point (min 50 points)
HH ~ $10 per point (min 50 points)
BCV & VWL ~ $5 per point (min 100 points)
