How hard is it to get a 1BR at Vero for 1 week during the summer at 7 months out? (Non-holiday week) TIA!

I think you're in luck. VB peak season is really in the spring and 1 bdrm is much easier than cottage or 2 bdrm. We recently reserved a 2 bdrm and an OVIR for the last week of June. I did read recently that someone was having trouble with a 2 bdrm (getting all the nights they wanted) for the second week of July. To be safe make your ressies day by day. I think you'll be ok though.

We have been over Spring Break the last 2 years had no trouble getting a OVIR or a 1 bdrm at the 7 month mark. Good luck
