Vero campfire ?

What are these like? Do you need to provide your own marshmellows etc? Anyone remember any details? Would it be good to take our DD4 and DS2?

We were there on Friday! Marshmallows and fixens for s'mores are provided. It's geared for children, singing silly songs. Wear long pants and bring something for bugs, just my suggestion, I have a few bites.

Kids should have a good time. They sing songs (PLUTO instead of BINGO the dog), tell a few jokes and then you cook your own smore over a campfire.

One year it was so dry the Fire Marshall would not let them have an open flame so they put a spotlight in the pile of logs and used marshmellow paste.

We are going in December - is it every night weather permitting or only certain days?

I know that we were there in March '04 and the campfire was not every night. Over Memorial Day weekend this year, there was one on Friday but I don't think there was one on Saturday.

When we went it wasn't every night~ but when we did go our 15 month old LOVED it!
