Vero Beach

We're so undecided this year - always go to WDW - considering a cruise or Vero Beach instead.

I've found lots of info on Vero beach already - but still two questions.

1. Is there putt-putt on property and does anyone know cost?

2. Are there any character interactions other than the Goofy/Max breakfast?

To answer your questions,

#1 - yes there is a 9 hole course right beside the pool. You can buy a lenght of stay pass for $5.

#2- No, The character breakfast (which now usually features Goofy & Donald) is the only regularly scheduled weekly character event.

We were also planning to try Vero Beach in 2011 to try something different but then read about the Disney Dream and decided to do a cruise on the Dream in 2011 instead.
