Vero Beach

We are thinking about going to Vero Beach next year in April. I have a few questions that I am hoping that someone can answer.

What airport would you fly into?
Do you need a car?
Since it is not my home resort...do I have a chance getting a ressie during spring break?

You can fly into Orlando or Melbourne. Melbourne is closer but not as many flights/direct flights as Orlando and normally more expensive. You definitely need a car as there is no other way to get there. And if you own there, getting Spring Break at the 11 month window shouldn't be an issue.
