Hi

Am trying to persuade my family to go to Disney (Boardwalk) and Vero Beach in July/August 2010. We have never been to Vero Beach, so what's it like? Are there things to do for two teenage boys 18 & 19?

Also if anybody has any pics can I see them as I need to put my case forward for Vero Beach as the others want to go to South Africa and I don't fancy it! We know Disney inside out and upside down but just not Vero Beach.

Thanks muchly
Tina

VB is nice but very quiet, ok for a few days but not a couple of weeks. My trippies from last May/June cover it nicely.

Hi Tina

I'm not sure how much there is to do at Vero for a couple of teenagers. I guess it depends how much they like the beach.

I like it a lot for a relaxing change from WDW. You can see a bit of video of the time we stayed in a beach cottage here: http://www.kevinstringer.co.uk/april 2006 video/april 2006 cruise.htm
The bit with Vero in is around the 4 minute mark.

A slightly older report from 2000 can be found here: http://www.kevinstringer.co.uk/oct 2000 trip/oct2000.htm The Vero bit is from Day 6 onwards.

Hope this helps you.
