Vero Beach web cam

I remember at one time seeing a web/weather cam for Vero. I did a search but came up with one that isn't working anymore.

Does anyone know if it is still there or was it taken down after the hurricanes?

That's the link. It seems to be "on" much more sporadically since the hurricane. Sometimes during the day it's a white blank but occasionally it's up and working.
