Vero Beach Villa Room Numbers

We are returning to VB in May and I am wanting to request a specific room (or the same location in each of the villa buildings). I seem to recall that on the top floor (4, I believe), there is a 2 BR lockoff (I know all are configured this way even though we are booked for a 1 BR) with the 1 BR portion with room #BB40 where BB is the building number. I believe these have a relatively good view of the beach/ocean from the patio. Would that be correct?
