vero beach spring break

hello all,

we have been dvc members...wlv being our home resort for just 2 years. just this week, we decided to try to take 4 nights this april at vero beach, to which the rep said nothing was available and we could get on a waiting list. I know the 11 month, 7 month rule, but beyound all that, do you think we have any resonable chance of getting a resi on the waiting list? you see, we would have to book plane fare well in advance....and then what if it didn't come through? any advice or opinions? thank you

Vero Beach at Spring Break is one of those hard-to-get reservations, and they are tough to get at the 7-month window.

We have done April at the 7 month mark without problem, but we probably will not do it again because it was too cold and windy for us. That said, it may have been an unusual time for weather. Probably a weird situation weather-wise.

I have a Inn room garden view for 4/21 - 4/25 that I reserved for friends that I am holding for them until they decide. If you were interested in those dates I could see if I could get them to make a decision sooner and you could transfer points to me ???? PM me if interested.
