Hi there! :) We're looking at going to Vero Beach next May (my parents will actually be there in a couple weeks in a studio), and getting a 2 bedroom. Do they have both lockoffs and dedicated units? Are there any real differences between the two (other than the fact one wouldn't have an outside door from the second bedroom)? Any difference in view/location? Any room requests? (which buildings are non-smoking)?

Also, anything specific I should tell my parents concerning their studio trip? Never been to VB.

Thanks!

From what I understand, the dedidicated 2 bedrooms face the front of the resort, so they would be overlooking the parking area and the road. The lock off units are in the back of the building where you have a better chance of getting ann ocean view from an upper floor. So if view is important, you might want to go with the lock off. But remember, ocean views are very few and very popular. There is no guarantee you will have view of the ocean from a two bedroom.
