As posted above, there is no sales staff there anymore....but
We were there in October and had always stayed in an Inn Ocean View room. I walked down to the front desk and told them that we finally were thinking about joining and asked if could see a 1BR and a 2BR. She checked occupancy-it was very slow when we were there and a CM named Joe offered to give us a tour. He was really nice and showed us all around the Villas. I think he transferred to AKL Concierge so you will probably get someone else.
It may be busier in February but if they have an empty one I'm sure they would be more glad to show you around-I just wouldn't expect a full fledged tour like what you would get at WDW from the
DVC personnel. No worry though, the resort will speak for itself. It's beautiful and there is lots to do.
Stop by while you are in town and ask at the front desk. Maybe avoiding check in and check out times when you ask for a little tour will increase your chances.
If by chance you can't get a CM to show you around. Walk around and ask any CM questions. They are all very knowledgeable and have answered many of our questions. Tell them that you want to see the pool area because they will have to let you in with a room key.
