Hi Hope, Go to the DVCmember site and click on the Contact link then click on the Contact Cember Services link. It opens a form that you fill in with your member number and then it emails the info to them. Last time I got a response to my request in 2 days I think.

We slept every night with our balcony door ajar so we could fall asleep listening to the ocean.

OP...is there enough room in the room for an air mattress.

There is definitely enough room for an air mattress on the side of either bed in that room. Now I want to point out that this room was larger than a standard OVIR bcause of the location. It wasn't one of the famous end corner rooms, but it was the one before the end room. As i stated in the OP, the room was L shaped whereas a normal OVIR is more of an l shape.

Great Pics, My wife and I, had plans to go there this pass May but had to cancel. Got great news, We have a baby Pooh on the way.

We went for our first time in October. We had a 3rd floor ocean view inn room, but the balcony had no view of the ocean unless you stood up. We changed rooms to 2nd floor which had railings you could see through while you were sitting. You couldn't see as much of the surf, but you could sit with your coffe and enjoy the ocean. Next time I will request 4th or 2nd floor.

The view is gorgeous- we want to stay there eventually.
